Owner and agreement

Cellblock Cat & Mouse is owned and operated by Olamide Olatayo Bello. These terms cover your use of the website and game. Review them before creating an account. By choosing Create Account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or play.

Eligibility and accounts

The game is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Use a fictional player name, keep your password and session secure, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Never share passwords or authentication tokens.

Game rules and conduct

Play fairly. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, evade restrictions, interfere with the service, access other users’ accounts, or use unauthorized automation. Do not submit threats, discriminatory harassment, sexual exploitation, unlawful material, or private information about other people. Do not enter a private home address as a facility location. The owner may restrict access to protect players or the service; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Fictional prison setting

This is a fictional, nonviolent strategy game. It does not provide instructions for real contraband concealment, legal advice, correctional training, or a certification of PREA compliance. Searches are abstract, fully clothed or off-screen. Real facility names do not imply affiliation or reproduction of that facility’s policies. In-game concerns are round records, not reports to a prison, emergency service, or government agency.

Permission to play and ownership

You receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive permission to use the game as provided, subject to these terms. Ownership of the platform and the owner’s legally protectable contributions remains with Olamide Olatayo Bello. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. Information you submit

You retain any rights you hold in submitted information. You grant the operator permission to store, display, and process it only as reasonably necessary to run the game, show room details and leaderboards, handle requests, and protect the service. Do not submit material you lack permission to use. See the Privacy Policy.

Availability, scores, and changes

The game may contain errors or be interrupted. Active rounds and their records can be lost when the server restarts; scores may require correction. No cash value, purchase entitlement, or real-world benefit is attached to points. No paid features are currently offered. Material changes to these terms will be described on this page with an updated date; where legally required, additional notice or agreement will be sought.

Disclaimers and rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes nonwaivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or exclusive court venue is imposed by this version.
